Great product - read my review if you think the volume is too low Upon reading some of the other reviews stating that the volume was too low, I have a solution for you. Even though there is a volume control on the unit, remember that when your phone is paired via Bluetooth, the volume buttons on your phone also control the volume. Thus, to get loud volume, you need to ensure that your phone's volume is also set to maximum. The slider on the Kensington unit will only control the volume based on the levels its getting from the phone. This is similar to a PC with external speakers. The external speakers have their own volume control, but so does the operating system. If you set the volume to minimum on the computer, the volume knob on the speakers won't be that useful. Thus, this is a great unit - just remember to up the volume using your phone's volume buttons before you start messing with the slider on the Kensington unit. Easy to use, good quality sound for Kensington The future of talking while driving is here.... Thanks to Kensington's new Hands-Free Visor Car Kit for iPhone or any Bluetooth phone, you can talk effortlessly, while keeping your hands on the wheel. In the box are instructions( in many languages, but would be improved with simple diagrams in clear English...), 2 batteries( each fully charged lasted a full day or 8 hours+), a charger for your car and computer charger(USB), unit itself that easily attaches to car visor, and yes, it's big enough for today's fatter visors, like mine. I quickly 'paired' my iPhone up with the unit in my car, by making my bluetooth feature active, then it showed my phone's name, since I was using a new version of the unit, the sound was much louder, and easier to hear in the car. The unit has a great feature in that when you are away from it with your phone, it turns off, it also can pair with more than one phone in case more than one person drives the car. And it has 3 quick dial buttons that allow you to speed dial; I wish it had a display to show who is dialing incoming, or outgoing... In my driving around town, I would get into the car, turn the device on, and be set for the day, if someone called me, I just touched a button and was connected, so no hands off the wheel, but when you dial, if you are calling someone not on one of the 3 speed dial buttons, you must dial your phone. The excellent noise canceling microphone worked flawlessly. I tried Kensington's tech support which operates on standard business hours, they are in India, and responded well, but sometimes their understanding of American English was limited, meaning they used words for features of the phone that were not in the instructions, or were British, but I did understand after some add'l questions of them. They also respond to emails, and they make sure you are happy and satisfied, most welcome. All in all, a great device and it will allow you to focus on the road easier. Just what I needed! This is great! I don't know how I ever got along without it. My phone is a Pantech Matrix. Battery life is great and if it runs low, the backup is right there on its charger too.
