This set is awesome!! It has replaced my 25lb, 35lb, and 50lb dumbbell sets seamlessly. I live in a small apartment and am always looking for ways to save space, and this set fit the bill. I am not sure about the negative reviewers, perhaps they received defective sets, but mine is my favorite piece of strength training equipment! I was just about to buy this product because it was a Thanksgiving special, but the reviews convinced to pass and buy Bowflex instead. I'm only posting to say thanks to those who submitted reviews and saved me from making a mistake, and to send a public message to the manufacturer to let them know that customer service complaints cost them at least one sale. Sorry for wasting the time of those reading these reviews, but it's my belief that if manufacturers begin to realize just how much business their customer service reps cost them, maybe they'll get their act together.
