A speculum is a medical device used to investigate the inside of a vagina. It holds the vaginal walls open using smooth edges and locks into place with the handle and with the wide hinges make for deeper viewing and are perfectly comfortable for long-term medical sex play. All you need to do to work this device is to turn the hand screw at the bottom until you reach the desired width. The speculum measures 6" from end to end, yet when the blades are spread fully open they measure 4.5" spread apart. The blades themselves measure 4.25" in length and are 1.5" wide.

Wow! This thing really works well...
I initially bought a Graves Speculum to assist in my "back door adventures", and was disappointed in the quality of such and the function which was poor. On the Graves, you have to try to hold the thing open with one hand while craking down on the knob with the other. If you are going to do this solo, it takes a lot of effort, and the speculum does not stay open well. Again, not the best design. This Collins however, Wow! Very easy to use, almost too easy, just insert (with copious amounts of lube) and twist the flat handled knob to open the jaws that stay open. The design allows for the device to be broken down easily for cleaning, and the construction is solid, totally unlike the Graves. I would like to see different sizes offered here...
