Works perfectly, looks great, no leaks! If you love to entertain, this is a worthwhile purchase. It looks great, and is very easy to set up, take apart, and clean. I haven't yet hesitated to bring it out- which I will sometimes do if I think something will be too inconvenient. I have had this item now for about four months, and so far have used it about five times for holiday parties and casual cookouts. It functions well (no leaks), and because it sits on a platform, you are not limited to finding a spot for it at the edge of your table or buffet. You can place it anywhere and still fit your glass under the spout. And because it makes such a nice presentation, it's fun to come up with creative and colorful cocktails or punch to fit in with your party theme! Rating: 5 (M. missing parts I love the dispenser, I bought two from Sam's club , however when I opened the box, the washers were missing. This same thing happened to a friend. How can I find the missing part? the box doesn't have an address. can anyone help me? 3- Gallon Polycarbonate Beverage Dispenser with spout This is the second beverage dispenser I own personally. This product does not stain from the beverages placed inside. I take them to family reunions and other functions. Sometimes I place one with sweet tea and the other un-sweet tea. Or, lemonade (sliced lemons placed inside makes it attractive) and a fruit punch. Warm soapy water cleans it extememly well. I would not recommend any sort of abrasive material or cleaner to clean the product, or it could retain stains. If you were to need a rubber gasket to raplace for the spout, one can purchase it in the cooler dept. where ice chest coolers are sold. When we are finished using the polycarbonate beverage dispenser, it is washed with warm soapy water, dried well, and placed back in its origanal box. Great Portable Item - Great Affordable Price! This is the PERFECT beverage dispenser if you don't want glass. (or even if you do!) It's worked perfectly from the first time I used it, and it's light-weight so it's easily portable. Friends ask to borrow it which is OK with me, but I do tell them that they would be so happy to have their own on hand for dress-up or dress-down parties, picnics, sports events, wedding/baby showers, even "lemonade stands"!
