Good First Keybooard for Kids We have two young kids, 3 and 5, and this is a good first keyboard for them. They are just starting to play games where they need the arrow keys and our 5 year old is learning to read and write letters so the color coding should be good as well as time goes on. I read other adults review this that they could not type with this keyboard. That is because it is not meant for adults to type on. The keyboard has big keys intended to help kids learn the keyboard. Do not plan on using it yourself for email, typing, etc. The kids are too big for adults. They are just right for young kids trying to learn hand and finger coordination. Great for young children Works great for young children. My 3 year old loves it. The best part about the keyboard, which may not be obvious, is the keys are in a grid pattern versus staggered like a standard keyboard. Makes it a lot more kid friendly. Also feels durable. I would recommend the keyboard to others. Chester Creek also makes a matching optical mouse. I would suggest not using the mouse. It does not track well and the cursor jumps on the screen.
