Cannot download photos!
I was so excited when this product arrived, only to become SO FRUSTRATED! There are NO instructions included, and I could not figure out how to download my photos off my PC. I looked up the online manual from Samsung, which was good, but what it told me to do still did not work. After 45 minutes on the phone to Samsungs customer service, and about 7 reps passing me around, I was disconnected. I still have no photos on my digital frame. Good luck to anyone who orders this!

No problems, great picture
This was easier to use than some of the reviews stated. I also think the picture quality is really good. No problems yet. I love the internal memory.

Good digital frame, stylish design
i chose samsung because i like their flat screen tv's and their stylish looks. i was pleased with the product that came to my door. picture quality is great, and the design is pretty sleek. we've loaded pictures on the internal hard-drive and filled that up quickly.

Worst Purchase ever
This is the worst, technologically bankrupt product ever produced by this Samsung ppl. The least said the better,, Please try another brand,, It is a no go sale, I regret the one I bought, wished I could return it for my money

Not enough versitility
I expected to be able to program what folders or photos would be viewed in what order. And maybe something a little more functional than 'dumb' buttons on the BACK to control this thing. Other than these glaring shortcomings, the overall construction appears solid and the photo images are great. Final verdict...it's 2010 Samsung!!! Give us some current technology. A remote control would be great and expected in a digital photo frame instead of these buttons on the back of the frame.
