Save your money The touch screen, even with the latest update is still clumsy, hard to scroll the contact list. As soon as my plan permits I'm going to the droid, or the iphone, if verizon has it by then. It's amazing to me that engineers at Verizon would go ahead and market something so bad. Rating: 2 (W. LG Voyager is built to last! OK, I'm not a Pro Reviewer and I'm just an average customer that has the LG Voyager. I like this phone! It is bulky and has some weight to it, but it only means that it built to last in my opinion. I think it takes OK pictures and I love the fact that you can crop and edit it. The touch screen works great with the right touch settings and I love that you can unlock it from the touch screen and on the switch on the left side of the phone. I also like that it only takes less than an hour for a full charge and that it will at least last for 2-3 days (depending of the amount of text messages you make). We all know that there are duds out there no matter what brand of cell phone you buy, but once the carrier gives one that has no defects you will sure be happy with the Voyager. Thanks for reading my review and I hope it helps someone that just wants a cell phone that will last. = ) Rating: 4 (Christie M. Beware of this phone I bought this phone not quite 2 years ago and I'm on my second one. It's one of the worst cell phones I've ever owned. The first phone I had starting going bad literally days before the warranty expired. The touch screen functionality went out. Fortunately it was replaced for free. A few months later, the same problem occurred. I decided to just wait out my contract since it was almost up, but then the phone started going haywire. Now when I access voicemail (I have to open the flip to use the keypad) and close the phone to hear the message, the phone goes into an unlock position and continually presses the 6 button on the keypad. This means my voicemail password is always wrong and I have to open the phone up and re-do the password. The only way to listen to messages is via speakerphone with the flip open or to wait for the message to start playing and then close the phone and put it in locked mode. All the other features are great, but who cares! It's such a pain to use at this point that nothing else matters. What's worse is that I've become paranoid about other touch screen phones. Who has time for this kind of thing? Rating: 1 (Jon Bach, 2009-11-25) Product reviewed: LG Voyager VX10000 Phone, Titanium (Verizon Wireless)

Horrible Phone Shuts off all the time for no reason, magically fails to send text mssgs, ridiculous updates, the chrome peels almost immediatly, sound quality sucks, and if you carry it in a pocket or purse your touch screen subscribes you to all kinds of stuff. I can't wait to get a new phone. Rating: 1 (kasia frawley, 2009-10-07) Product reviewed: LG Voyager VX10000 Phone, Titanium (Verizon Wireless)

Terrible phone! This is by far the worst phone I've ever had. Got it when I switched to verizon last year, and have regretted doing so. Here are the problems I've encountered: 1) Touch screen is almost useless for scrolling-it registers a selection when you try to scroll, even with the lightest touch. 2) Battery life is abysmal. When my phone needed recharging every day-without use!- I brought it to a verizon store since it was still under warranty. The tech said it was the phone, not the battery (shouldn't have trusted him). Verizon sent a replacement, a refurbished, dirty phone, and the problem was not solved. I'm now on my 3rd battery with same results. 3) For this poor quality, it's very expensive even with a new service contract. The phone is basically useless; it powers down after one text or call. Get an iPhone instead. Rating: 1 (Stephen J. Falkow, 2009-08-28) Product reviewed: LG Voyager VX10000 Phone, Titanium (Verizon Wireless)
