Sure SE110 The sound from sure products are very nice, however these low priced items do not give a comfortable wear or fit. The ear pads are of very poor quality and fit. Sound great but they're fragile There is no doubt that these great little buds sound great. They are also very comfortable in the ear. The problem is the construction. After only a year with light and careful use the insulation between the buds and the wire wears out. I have exposed wires at the base of each bud, and I'm sending them back for repair. Rating: 3 (T. Unhappy in Chicago I purchased these ear buds last February. I only used them on board airplane since I travel for my job. I made every effort to handle these with the upmost care. Never the less, there is a wire loose or pulled that is NOT allowing the right bud to work. To say the least, this was quite disappointing. I would recommend anyone looking to purchase these think twice. They are too fragile for the money and you will probably suffer the same failure as I. Excellent sound, Sound Isolating After years of using headphones that were included with my iPods and MP3 Players, it was time to upgrade. I really needed good sound cancellation. I did some reading and found that sound isolation might work pretty well. I found this at the discounted price on Amazon for 49.99. I gobbled up that stunning deal and couldn't have been happier. I would pay the $90 they cost now. It took several weeks for the foam to break in, but once it did, I can wear these bad boys for hours with out complaint. The sound is excellent, not studio quality, but for general listening, the quality is top notch. Great bass response and crisp highs. The sound is very spacious as well. It sounds like the music surrounds you and isn't just being blasted two dimensionally into your ear drums. The sound isolation is excellent. I can enjoy my music at a comfortable level and not hear a thing that is going on around me even when my coworkers might be blasting music out of their speakers. The sound is isolated for sure. They try to shout to get my attention, but the only way they can, is if they flail their arms or throw something at me. I've used these headphones for several months and have been more than pleased. I'd recommend them to anyone. The build and construction is top notch and I enjoy the thicker wiring. It prevents those nasty tangles that often occur with cheaper head sets. I have not used the short feature on the wire yet, but I'd imagine it would be very convenient for athletes. The wire has a connector at the spit section. If you separate it, it will shorten the length to reach only to your shoulder area. This would be perfect for runners as they could attached their MP3 Player to their bicep area and not have a long floppy cord to deal with. You can also adjust the slack on the split to make it tighter for a more secure fit while exercising. I fully recommend this product. Rating: 5 (Gavin M. Sound Isolating Earphones My son did research on just exactly what he wanted in earphones and found this particular model to be what he was looking for...something to block sound so he doesn't have to turn the volume up so high.
