Video works great, but microphone gets feedback I think it is a design thing. The microphone is on the side and my speakers on are each side of the monitor. Top of the line During the first video chat I did with this unit, my conversant was floored by the excellent picture quality. I have also found it very useful just for audio conversations, such as in multiplayer computer games. I haven't tried the Logitech Vid software yet, but overall this is an EXCELLENT product.
